I take Ultram and 2 extra strength Tylenol every night before

bed because my feet can hurt enough to keep me awake.

Hi , Thank you for the idea. I used to have something

like that to put around my neck. It was really nice to have in cold

weather. Usually in the winter I wear 3 pairs of socks all day around

the house. I need them because my house is very drafty and it get

very cold here. I also wear gloves when it's very cold otherwise my

hands hurt.
