Perhaps a little hands on would help as well as the immunics: take a pencil

with a good eraser and push it into the bottom of your heel of the leg

experiencing the pain, just inside of center. You may need to move it around

some till you find the painful spot. You'll know when you hit it! Massage

the pencil around that area really well, and you will feel and hear crystals

breaking up inside. As the crystals break up you should receive relief.

Continue doing that as you also dissolve the crystals with immunics. Another

great spot to massage is on the back of the pelvis: you will find a slightly

hollow spot above the buttocks. Have someone massage that with the heel of

their hand, or lay on a tennis ball and move around. It will be REALLY

painful, but again, it will be breaking up the crystals. Do that until the

pain subsides. Next: Lay on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on

the floor, put both hands around the thigh of the offending side, lift and

turn the flesh towards the outside of the leg. i.e. right leg would go

counterclockwise, left leg would go clockwise. This opens up the pathway for

that pinched nerve. Then do immunics to remove the tramau.

Hope this helps.

Love,

Marilyn:)

This book, " Feelings...Buried Alive, Never Die " by Karol K.Truman , is an

absolutely fantastic complement to Immunics. Karol lists several possible

emotional causes for many diseases. You can just test down the list to get

to your emotional issue behind whatever it is that is 'bugging' you and

WHACK it as the Buzz says We have 4 copies of this book: home, work, cars...

ALSO, Hey , GREAT NAME, <giant LOL>. Why aren't you doing your OWN

testing about that cheerleading issue???

PLEASE don't hand your power over when you've got it quite literally 'in the

palm of your hand'!!! What is the message for YOU surrounding your own

issues about this??? I tested yes that you need to do some work around this.

WITH LOVE,

The Other ...in WI

PS I am not an expert, just another Immuner...whoa, JUST???????

sciatica is a lot more difficult to cure than a virus, or even cancer.

There's a whole category of things like this, diseases that are

simply on a different dimension than the ones immunics is maximally

effective with, a more " physical " dimension. Yes, you will be

employing immunics to go after this problem, but the route to the

cure is a lot more roundabout than the direct removal that stops the

flu in five minutes. In this context we should remind ourselves that

our ability to kill viruses holds for any virus, including

deadly, " incurable, " viruses that throw up highly complex

symptomatologies, such as the Epstein-Barr virus.

You should listen to all the Cure Shows on this, and test for any

audio lectures for that might be pertinent. This is going to take

study, work, and commitment on your part. Just as an example,

sciatica is a condition that falls into this category, and Greg

suffered with it for years before he finally found the " key " (for

him, anyway) and banished it. And the key to these things can be

different for everybody.

But there are commonalities among them, and commonalities among the

approaches we all use to stop them.

I wish you the best with this, and am looking forward to seeing

further e-mails where you talk about the steps you've taken, and what

results you produce with those steps. Be happy if you can reduce

these symptoms -- any symptom reduction means you're on your way to a

complete reversal.

Hi Jeanie:

I was trained in Polarity therapy. There is a session

we learned to treat siatica. It relieves pain very

shortly and there is a wonderful stretch to do (you

need someone to do it on you), that stretches the

nerve that is bothering you.

I had tremendous results with this treatment. Find a

polarity therapist if you can. Test for this.

Hi Jeanie,

One thing I use as a starting point for pain is tapping on the gamut

point, which is the fleshy part between the bones on top of the hand

between the third and forth finger. This comes from the Emotional

Freedom Technique developed by Craig. I find it is a great

technique and always seems to resolve some of the layers around

whatever pain or issue is present...

All the best to you..
