This is important to all of us because HCV will be given national attention in Washington. She is collecting stats for this meeting and would really appreciate your time to answer a few questions. Remember nothing will change unless everyone speaks up! This is an anonymous straw poll. No names will be used just the info. 1. Are you on Medicaid or Medicare? 2. What quality of care are you getting? Be Specific. 3. What category of assistance are you receiving? I.e. general, disability. 4. If you had 3 wishes to make your experience with them better, what would they be? 5. Please add your home state. Thank you for your time.
