Hi group,

It's been my experience to get a flu shot every year. I

also get a pneumonia booster every 7 to 10 yrs. It really

seems to have helped me. I haven't had the flu or even a

cold in years. One winter I had a ver bad case of the flu

and then got pneumonia. I was very sick and in the hospital

for 10 days. So, in my case I'm ready to line up for the

shots as soon as they come available and have not been sick

since.
