Guest guest Posted September 9, 2003 Report Share Posted September 9, 2003 Walking started to be a good exercise for me but not till I was 35 and the medication changed my life. I also bike but my favorite is Aquatics 3X a week. It seems to maintain and build muscle; I also work on balance issues too. I have been in the pool for a year now. I do a little yoga at night - sort of a 'detress' before bed.
