Guest guest
Hi , I just read your email about your son having testicular cancer... My son had testicular cancer when he was just barely 17 years old. He is now a strong man of 35 years old. He also had the tumor removed and the long lymph node removal surgery. He did NOT have to have any treatments at all. He did have 3 mos checkups for a year, working up to once a year. They may have been monthly checkups for a while too. He and his wife have adopted two lovely Korean children and they have one naturally. Another story about testicular cancer...this young man was in college to be a lawyer and was married when he found out he had the cancer. He later became our local judge and wrote his story in the local paper. I believe they have 3 or 4 children naturally. He is a few years older than my son and a big healthy man too. I know when my son had testicular cancer I thought I would die. I wouldn't leave his side but to come home and shower and when in the shower I literally screamed, bawled and prayed to my creator. I put on make-up to hide my eyes and went back and acted like a pillar of strength. My creator helped us through it and my son did better than I did really. He never knew how I was hurting. I am sorry to hear you are having problems... at our church I am coordinator of an email prayer chain. Please keep me informed and I will have you all on our chain. Hugs, Barb
