Comfy ways to sleep

I have a pillow that I use under my knees at night. It really helps with

night pains a lot. Many many nights I kick it down for ankle support when I

sleep

on my side. It took me years to figure out how to sleep comfy with fusions.

After my fusions I couldn't get confortable. I had one pillow back then. Now

I have several just for me.

Ditto!! I have slept with pillows between my knees for a couple of years.

It has helped my back and my neck.
