Guest guest
I use bio freeze on my feet and ankles and also my wrists at night. My wife who is a podiatrist introduced me to it and it does help. If I don't put any on, my feet and ankles feel really strange and I get a sickly feeling and can't sleep. Guest guest
Donna, Here's info about Biofreeze. I only use it when my feet are burning. It cools them and is soothing. I use the roll-on kind. Now I get it from my gym/fitness center. http://www.biofreeze.com/ odd that it stops my burning, because the info now says it is 'warming'. That's not what I feel at all. Maybe because the kind I get does not have Ilex in it. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi Gretchen, I got a free sample at Costco (of all places) from a chiropratic assistant. It is great!! It relieved most of my foot pain for more than 4 hours. I turned around and bought some for my dad and grandpa (both have CMT but my dad actually admits it). Well, my brother visited our parents and tried some on his ankle (he has arthritis not CMT) - he liked it so I turned and bought some more for him and me. I highly recommend it.
