Guest guest
Hi everyone, Since I've been a member I haven't read anything anyone has to say about back pain. This has been an ongoing problem for me. Every day I have pretty extreme pain all day long. The 1st time I had my back exrayed was in 1976 and I bent over to pick something up off the floor and couln't straighten back up. I was in my wheelchair at the time. I was taken to the hospital by rescue squad where they exrayed me. I was 26 yrs old and my dr said my exray looked that of about an 80 yr old woman. Alot of arthritic spurs and he explained to me what my nerves looked like. My nerve endings looked like what a piece of wiring looks like when the plastic or rubber coating is stripped away. So when ever I move those nerves are rubbed against causing all my pain. Some days I can hardly move it gets so painful. I take tylenol 3 for it, but that is taking more to make me comfortable. I'm getting to the point that it doesn't work as well as it did when I first started taking it. Is any one experiencing this problem and what are you doing to help it.
