Hi Lynette,

Welcome. I am married now 13 years to the greatest guy,

he sucha help to me. We have no kids. I wear AFOs now 10 yrs

or so.

I fell pretty bad last yr and haven't really got walking good

again because it is hard. I am afraid of falling, it's just

easier to not walk sometime. I stand everyday and when my

husband is off he watches me walk with my crutches or walker

but I havent walked in a little while.

I know I need to that's probably why my leg hurts when I

stand. I can't stand at all without my braces. I stand

everyday though well. I am going to walk more.

I hope to share with all the group more in future.
