Thanks for answer. I think maybe you cleared things up for me. I

used to walk 2-4 miles a day and had to stop in hopes of curing my

plantar fasciitis which I now find is related to my CMT. Pool

calesthenics made my CMT symptoms alot worse, and walking and biking

still aggravate my fasciitis, but I want so badly to DO something!

So I still do floor calesthenics and about 15 min. of slow riding on

a 3 wheeler. I suffer through it all anyway.
