We share our EXPERIENCE here, NOT opinons. Because of the progressive nature of my CMT,I can not exercise. I also have a slow functioning thyroid. I am not the only person with CMT and another health issue. Many people I have seen and met with CMT have weight issues. Its in the medical books. So, please speak from your experience and do not categorize " ALL CMT PEOPLE " into anything. Everyone's CMT is different, mine included.
