, you have attacked my opinions about weight control and exercise with

three separate e-mails. If you're bitter about something,.this is not the

place to vent it or to personally attack me. And I thought that sharing

opinions was o.k. with this group. My opinions are based on my experiences!

I had 3 children also, gained the pregnancy weight, and then took it off by

controlling what I ate. I wasn't easy - nor is exercise. I'm sorry for

your experience, but that doesn't make me sharing MY experiences any less

valid. As far as exercising without AFO's, the reason I don't " fall on my

ass " as you so delicately put it, I exercise either laying down or sitting

down which you should have seen if you would have read my e-mails in their

entirety. Believe me, I don't want to fall and I do protect myself as best

I can. I thought by sharing, I might have been able to help some someone. I

certainly didn't mean to make anyone angry. K.
