Kathi,

You can probably find a button hook at the medical supply stores. The

new ones may not be nearly as sturdy as your grandma's, but they do

the trick.

My favorite tool is a gadget from Pampered Chef. (Gretchen, can I say

that? I'm not selling it, so I hope it's not considered SPAM.) This

tool opens pop cans, pop bottles AND pops the seal on pickle jars!! I

don't need my hubby's muscles anymore when opening salsa or spaghetti

sauce.

my hubby does all sorts of stuff like that. I would love to see one for him

to copy. so far he has made my incline foot rest and put large woodn handles

on my eating utinsels. cathleen
