I took your advice and researched the criteria that you had laid out. I would have never thought of this on my own. Based on your guidelines, it looks like the CMTA is definitely the most significant organization to contribute donations to. I checked all of the categories you listed. They most definately have active lobbying and have accomplished the most in significant CMT reasearch. Thanks for your expertise and help.
