Nowhere to go

 

I cannot stay home

and I cannot stay here

where will I go?...

 

Home,

such a lovely place

but outside of it

it’s bleak and desolate

clouds are dark

the air is a smog

 

Here

it is a desert place

sky is brown

storms are with sands

such a lonely barren land.

 

Where will I stay in this planet

The tundra or the taiga

the beach or the forest

 

where is paradise,

shang-ri-la,

or utopia?

 

I cannot find it here,

circled half the globe

but haven’t found a place

where my spirit is at ease,

and my heart is at peace.
