Guest guest Posted September 23, 2003 Report Share Posted September 23, 2003 Just wanted to suggest that another option other than using ice is a bag of frozen veggies (peas or something small). This is what I use as an ice pack for my back and ankles (when sprain or such occurs). They do not melt and once thawed you just throw them back in the freezer until the next use. Beware though that you do not get them mixed up with veggies you eat. I usually buy generic peas (which is not the brand I buy for eating) so I never get them confused.
