Guest guest Posted September 23, 2003 Report Share Posted September 23, 2003 Check your shoes. Check to see if the soles are wearing down, Check the inside to see if there are worn spots from rubing. Is your gait off when walking. Are your leg or legs draging These are signs that I have learned to check out. And usually when I do, at least one of the above is causing my severe and very painful muscle cramps in the hamstrings behind the knee that goes up and down the leg at the same time, It can put me in a unmovable position because the pain is so great, I have to force the stiff leg then to point the toes to the ceiling and to try to get the stiff leg onto the floor to stand.
