Check your shoes.

Check to see if the soles are wearing down,

Check the inside to see if there are worn spots from rubing.

Is your gait off when walking.

Are your leg or legs draging

These are signs that I have learned to check out. And usually

when I do, at least one of the above is causing my severe

and very painful muscle cramps in the hamstrings behind the

knee that goes up and down the leg at the same time, It can

put me in a unmovable position because the pain is so great,

I have to force the stiff leg then to point the toes to the

ceiling and to try to get the stiff leg onto the floor to

stand. Its not easy or possible sometimes, but it will help.
