Guest guest
Although I expected exactly what you are going through, I was accepted as permanently disabled after waiting about 2 months for them to reply. They did not give me the temporary SSI which for the six months until I could get the regular SSD check would have been about one-third of what I am now receiving. Others I have talked to, although for other disabilities, have been denied, gone through the appeal process, and finally were approved. That money is also retroactive so you will eventually receive money from when you first applied for it. Keep trying!!
Guest guest
Hi , I was denied social security disability the first time I applied. You need to reapply as soon as possible. When I reapplied S.S. called me about 6 weeks later and asked further question and about 2 weeks after that I was accepted. Be sure that they have copies of your neurologists records. I was given the same recommedation of less demanding jobs. Be sure that you have listed every detail of what you can and can not do because of your disease. If you are denied the second time you will have to get a lawyer to have a hearing with social security. They work on a % basis and usually get the results needed.
