Guest guest
Hello All, I personally wouldn't touch anything containing aspartame, Nutrasweet, with a ten foot pole. When I first learned of all the hoopla regarding aspartame, I was also dealing with my initial diagnosis of CMT II. At that point I was willing to give most anything a try and what would it hurt to give up aspartame. Nothing. So I did and within 36 hours I had a muscle group start working. Certainly only antedotal but enough for me to regard aspartame as poison. Later I talked to my neurologist about it and he said " well, with all the complaints I've heard against it, I concur... " Again only one man's opinion. And have you heard Splenda's ads referring to other artificial sweeteners as neural toxins. Hmmm, does this company like lawsuits or do they know something?? As always, everyone must decide for themselves but I choose to NOT take the chance.

I was told not to use splenda, but stick to stevia since is it natural, sounds like you have been using that anyways. > Angie > Angie Not all xylitol is made from corn stalks - the safer Xylitol is made from Birch trees. I also have a corn intolerance and have to be on the lookout for corn-free everything. ____________________________________________________________ GET FREE SMILEYS FOR YOUR IM & EMAIL - Learn more at http://www.inbox.com/smileys Works with AIM®, MSN® Messenger, ® Messenger, ICQ®, Google TalkT and most webmails
