It goes with the age you know is what my kids call an old name. I am 55, my hands are also numb and makes typing a chore thank goodness for spell check LOL I use a cane part time also have a walker for anything serious but I mainly shop at stores with carts. No malls for me and if I have to then I use my walker. Dr. just told me I need to use the cane all of the time to help with these falls but its tough when the brain is in good order and I think I surely can make it to the sink for a drink, I have a step up and that's a killer for me.
