Our Fitness instructor suggested she might introduce me to these...yes, she knows of my CMT. I was thinking of starting light, maybe fill a couple water bottles with small stones and see how I do at home... my work in aquatics still goes on and I have built muscle all over, arms, too/ plus strengthened my back. Just wondering what free weights are, etc. Shed some light, please. She also has me setting new goals - first goal is ten minutes of light jog in the pool...so far so good, I am at 2 min, 15 sec before I need to break - but this is because I get so thirsty and need water.
