Guest guest
Dear Gaurang, When you get involved in such thoughts leading you moodlessness, start reading a book or listen a song or talk/ gossip with someone. Keep your mind engaged in activity. Also practice helping people whatever small possible way you can. Complement people always whatever possible way. This way your mind will be guided towards positive thought and you will feel better. Guest guest
dear gaurang,i think you are overexagerrating your problems because of your depression brought about by your epilepsy and advice not to marry from your family. in western country it is advisable to lead as normal a life as possible and epilepsy is brought on more because of stress related problems.you must not be thinking that your families financial problems are yours to bear, they are not and your family must take responsibility for their own affairs and not burden you with it. you should take a more independent route in your life and make decisions by yourself....you sound like an adult so you must not be thinking you are going to have an epileptic fit at any time.whoever you are with must be made aware of the situation and know what to do,numbers to call etc but you must start leading your own life,be independent and you will meet someone..... my cousin has been epileptic since a very young age and hospitalized many times but it didnt stop him marryin g and having children.you can do thec same but you must take strength and courage that you are not going to fit every second of the day.you have a life as much as anyone else so dont let epilepsy or your families problems hinder you from enjoying it. find your sense of self again and you will stop being so depressed... > > Shri MulkSir & other Friends, > Namaskr !
