Oh YES> I thought I broke both my feet in my house last summer. My husband

saw the whole scene and wasn't able to help; it was that quick. the top of my

left foot still isn't right; but very ok.For CMTers falling and twisting is part

of the fun.

I fall, its because the leg gets tired and no the afo does not help

sometimes. When the leg gets tired its tired and out it well go. I do drag my

foot a

lot without knowing it. This I know for sure cause the sole of my shoe wears

out. I've tripped at weddings and down I have gone, and that is really

embarrassing. Once I fell and someone had the pleasure at my expensence to say

Well

that one has had a bit too much. I've tripped in stores on the sidewalks,

in parking lots. I cant walk up steps without pulling myself up, walking down

its one step at a time with two feet planted then on to the next. I cant

stand without losing my balance and sometimes its two steps back before I get

one

forward.

Yep I know how you feel.

When I fall I fall backwards. Once I fell and broke my tail bone with my

heel. That hurt for about 12 months.
