more good CMT Awareness news

Hello ers,

Just want to share some good news on CMT Awareness. In addition to my on

camera interview last Friday, Sunday afternoon I was interviewed by the

Editor of the PN newsletter for the Central Coast and Monday (yesterday)

afternoon I was interviewed by the Editor of my college alumni magazine

for the award I am to recieve this year.

Both additional interviews we about CMT in some regard and me -

especially the college one was so interesting since I knew the Editor

and she said " I had no idea you were dealing with this (meaning CMT)

then. " Her questions really made me think and about how either no one

knew, or asked then, or how I compensated for it. That interview will be

in the Alumni Magazine November 2003 and will be on-online. The story in

the PN newsletter won't be on-line, but I will scan it so you can see

it. The PN article should be out next month. (PN means peripheral

neuropathy for our new members)

Today I also pitched a CMT story idea to 2 producers at Lifetime. I was

able to contact them through a friend of mine who works in the scripts

office there. Of course I wasn't expecting a committment right then, but

at least they now have the idea!
