Thats kind of scary too... I wonder if topomax or some

On my way to the Dr. today I read the entire article about neurontin and at

the end it does say it was approved for nerve pain. I talked to my Dr. about it

and he feels totally against the high dosage of it. I am currently taking

1200 mgs. a day. I was taking 2400 mg. and I felt my brain (memory) was slowly

dying, a lot better since am down to the 1200.

I did get my AFOs and my first word out of my mouth was Oh My God I have

never walked like this, it actually felt good. He told me to watch for any red

marks any where if so I would have to have them adjusted. WELL since I don't

have feeling in my legs I didn't know anything was going on and low and behold I

had 2 huge blistered areas not to mention my hip was on fire. I went to the

DR. today and I have a syaticaitis and tendon its from a fall 2 months ago in my

arm that I was waiting to get better on its own. The anti inflam will help

both he said. Then off to Hanger to get my AFOs adjusted and he had never seen

anyone get blistered where I did and they will definitely make my hip hurt due

to the different walk, so once the sores are healed then I am only to wear my

AFO 30 minutes then an hour a day and work up each day to another hour until

I can go a full day. He said this doesn't happen to most people but does

happen so I will just have to take it slow. it should help the hip situation

also.

My Dr. also wants me to see my Neurologist again since my left hand and arm

are getting the tremors. Isn't that a CMT deal also?

I was despondant all weekend.... in Oklahoma
