Guest guest
I agree with you. One must get out and keep moving. My doctors told me 7 years ago, that in order to keep CMT in a slower progress, is to keep moving. If I stop walking, and going places its gonna stop me totally one day. For 7 years I have been pushing myself to the edge. I know that if I have not, I'd be in worse shape to day. Walking no matter how far or long, and staying on your feet, well help develope the theigh muscles and thats what keeps me going going. I went to a Neuro. about 10 yrs ago and he took tests and his comment was, Ya you have something, but I dont know what. I couldnt believe that one. I did not stop there, I called the local hospital and asked for referals. Eventually I found one that I liked and who knew of CMT. Call and ask questions. If the receptionist says you well have to talk to the Dr. about that, then hang up and call another one. I did, It worked, as far as I am concerned, I have the best Drs in the State of Michigan.
