What helps me is stretching out my toes manually and also foot massage. When I started wearing my orthotics, because my feet had the right support, my toes could stretch out a bit and appeared a bit straighter. But I still stretch them. I can't remember what shoes you wear or what kind of support your feet have - but both have helped my feet and toes.
