I have joined the Aqua Aerobics group but I cannot do all the things that they do although I can do a great deal. I would like to have my own program which I have been doing anyhow on the off days or the days that I miss the organized program. I feel so much better to be excersing and love the water. I actually was able to swim one complete lap the other day. I usually walk or " run " the laps and do two or three backwards. Then I do bobs, jumping jacks, side kicks or lifts, then try to swim. The water is warm and I haven't had too many issues with my feet cramping. Keep me posted with the information. Sharon Need the most current medications 'alert'? Need to know more research news?
