Guest guest
I have foot cramps everyday also, as well as, leg cramps. Am going to try to take 1500 units of calcium and magnesium as this helped me once before when I tried it but right now I have slacked off. At times I get cramps elsewhere in my body also, such as, in my stomach and in my hands. I can usually " work " them out of my body by trying to walk around. It is very annoying and painful though. As far as exercise goes, I haven't really established a routine. I need to get motivated somehow! I am certainly glad that spring is coming since my husband bought me a 3 wheel bike and now at least I can ride a bike some. There is a swimming pool at the High School here and I would like to try it but I keep " worrying " about having to walk from the locker room to the other side of the pool where there are some steps that I could go down. I am afraid it will be slippery and I will fall before I get to the steps. And then I " worry " that the water will be too cold and I will get too many cramps in my feet and legs. Last time I went, (a few years ago now) the cramps were pretty bad. For our anniversary my husband and I found a wonderful motel where the pool and hot tub were " just right " for me. There were rails to go into the pool and rails for the hot tub also. The water temperature in the pool was warm also. The motel was a " Homewood Suites " .
