My goals are to well long range ones would be to get to a size 10 I

started in a 24. A flat stomach for the first time in my life and thighs

that dont rub todether when a walk. But for right now it is to get below

200 pounds. I think of that everyday. When I get to 199 everyone will

hear my screams of joy snce it has been almost 10 years since I have

been below 200. Makes ke sick to think I let myself go for so many

years. But with the BFL way I am in the right direction to get to my

goals.

I know what you are going through with owning a bakery. I own

a cafe/bakery I bake goodies all day cakes pies pastries etc.. but

mostly I decorate cakes so my hands are always in sugar good thing I

cant absorb calories from the sugar through my skin!! haha The sweets

dont bother me too much after the years the room smells sickly sweet.

But the smell of bread and cinn.rolls baking every morning still can

make me weak inthe knees. haha This is my 11th week to not touch any of

the stuff. That was the first goal I met Sharon

Goals? Ok, goals.

Lose 9 pounds of fat, gain 4 pounds of muscle. Train for my first fitness

competition under the NPC with the help of Shreeves.

I wanna look like a combination of Brant and Chynna. (HEY! Did you

see Playboy this month?) (*giggle* LOL)
