Rejuvenating breathing - Pranayama

Lets come to the breathing part which helps to keep your body fit and healthy for ever...i mean forever.

see few words of VEDA,SASTHRA etcc

Breath is equal to Prana ( Life),

Life Span decided by number of breaths taken....why so? simple logic as in Nature everything is limited and the oxygen given to you is also limited and decided. Now you need to decide your life span........how?

Consume Less OXYGEN-------I am not joking ...but in a proper manner. Dont Stop taking breath... what I mean is control ur breathes.

Lets see one thing.......a boy in Russia called popularly 'indigo boy' who claims himself as an alien from Mars taken rebirth on Earth.....said in his statement( No need to get in to controversial issues of proving his identity..just take what we need) 'We on Mars consume Carbon dioxide and lives long than Humans on earth rather than Oxygen'. Observe these words...and our in Hata Yoga it is said that if you consume less Air or take less breathes in a day rather than 21600 breathes a day...you can live long.

Surprising right...both these statements are insisting same thing in different angles.

One more thing proved in USA...I will give the source of the Article in Next post..that Oxygen burns the cells in our human body... means you will loose your youth very fast if you consume oxygen more...But how can

we live with out oxygen.

There is a way mentioned in Hata Yoga,Yoga Vasistam,Patanjali Yoga to control the breathing which makes you very happy and controls your feelings also.

So how to control it..? Its only possible few techniques along with Pranayama.

Have you ever observed that most of the time only one of your NOSTRIL works....It

will change its direction from one Nostril of your Nose to another frequently in a day. Its very helpful to observe which will give you some grip on your breath.Read More.....
