I did my Resistance band workout this morning, at around 4:00AM...yep

was awake...it was a productive way to spend my time I can tell you.

After that, I felt good enough to go visit my mom and dad 40 minutes

away...now, driving for 40 minutes, I would say I did a breath every 3

minutes at the very least...and 40 both ways, that's 80/3...That is

about 26 breaths in my commute. :) and this is all before 4:00pm...I'm

not finished with the day yet!!!

I've been " breathing " LL so much during my days...I kind of gave up

counting, except on occasion to share with you guys.

I am feeling so Wonderful! I have a spring in my step and my mom and

dad were very tickled to see me so well. Mom said she doesn't know many

people with MS who look like ME!

I try to work my abs and my thighs and hips the most...yep, like most

women, I am a PEAR.

But goodness, it is so amazing to have a waist! I am almost at the 35 "

that is supposed to be the bare minimum waist measurement according to

some doctors. I also don't step on the scale much...Thank you Pat...You

were right, I was obsessing since I stepped on it so often. My " size "

is so much lighter, and the funny thing is, I am gaining muscle...I've

tried to gain muscle the standard way, lifting weights, etc. This has

done more in such a short time...

(By the way, my family was all instructed on what I do, I'm not sure

they will ever take it to heart...but as I get smaller?????!!! I think

I know just what my sister in law will get for her birthday!)

Cheering and dancing in Louisiana,

I got my Victory theory tapes today... I cannot wait to get started!

Hi ,

I am so happy to hear all of this wonderful news from you!!! You are doing a

fantastic job, and I am sure that your symptoms of MS will diminish more and

more as you continue to do Life Lift breathing each day!!! I hope that you will

eventually get up to 1,000,000,000...breaths a day, which is my goal. I am so

glad that you are not stepping on the scale often and that now you understand

what I meant when I told you that avoid your scale and forgetting about your

" number " would help you lose weight and lower your stress level!!! I am so glad

that you listened to me and that you took my advice!!!

Please tell your sister in law that after she starts her Life Lift program that

I will be so happy to meet her and to see her on our group list!!! I will be so

thrilled to be able to encourage her in her daily Life Lift breathing that you

would not believe it!!!

Love always,

Pat

ANYthing is better than NOthing... so keep up the great work!!

This is rough guys. I feel better and I know it will pay off sometimes, but I have to drag myself to do it and stay at it.

YES it is... some days more than others, I'll be one of the first to agree!! I am *this* close to buying the "FORCED TO WORKOUT" t-shirt that is on Sansone's website for my birthday LOL cuz that is how I feel - wear it to Curves!!

Your's is the first email I've read. I am inspired! I would have

given myself permission to not do anything since time was limited.

Good for you. Are you training for a tri? Thanks so much for the

inspiration. No matter what even if its minutes, taking care of us is

the most important. Thanks again

Kathleen, Thank you very much! No, I am not training for a tri. I am just tired of where I was at. I joined the BODY for LIFE challenge to give me something to work towards for twelve weeks. I know that I will not complete all of where I want to be by September 3, but thought it would be neat to see how far I could get in that time. We had a picnic for Memorial day and I couldn't keep up with my family. We went to a waterfall and the stairs hurt my knees. I didn't get much excercise in on that day and yet I was sore. That was part of my wake up call. So... I am just trying to stick with it and keep going. Thanks for the encouragement and good luck! Blessings, Shirley
