Dear Wati

As a student, you have a very big responsibility on your shoulders and that is of building your carrier very wisely. And for this you need to manage your time very intelligently.Yes ,before retiring for sleep every night, think how did you spend your time during the whole day.

For,this ,there is a very good visualisation technique:

Sit down with eyes closed and visualize a clock in your mind's eye.

See that the time is Six A.M.in the morning .Visualize that small arm of the clock is at 6 and long arm of the clock is at 12.

Visualize that you get up at this time cheerfully and start your day thanking the God for whatever has HE given you.

Next, Visualize that it is 7AM in the clock and whatever you were doing at that time.

Similarly ,keep visualizing that it is 8AM,9AM & 10 AM respectively and also scrutinize your actions at that time.

This exercise will throw light on whatever you have done wrong during the day.IT will also throw light on whatever time you have wasted throughout the day.

Next ,mentally visualize as if you are correcting your mistake at that particular time of the day.You can do this by visualizing the clock in the background displaying the same time and you are performing the action correctly removing your fault.

Enclosed article "As If Principle" { http://asifprinciple.blogspot.com } will help you more in understanding this.
