Keep Smiling inspite of Everything Dear friends,

I take this opportunity to introduce Navjyoti India Foundation, an NGO founded by Dr. Kiran Bedi.

It is a 23 year old organisation working primarily on education programmes being run in various slums and resettlement colonies in Delhi..We are operational in one of the largest resetllement colonies called Bawana and reach out to 2500 children belonging to vulnerable sections of Society.

Had the organisation not intervened, these children would have deviated into begging, rag picking and even crime..

Here is an opportunity to sensitize the more furtunate children to make them value what they hv got..

We at Navjyoti are celebrating the Joy of Giving week and would like to take this opportunity to reach out to as many students studying in your reputed school. We wish to mobilise them to donate generously as much as they can and as little as they want. The entire amount collected will go towards sponsoring children studying in these slum areas..Depending upon the amount collected, the sposnored students will be directly linked to the school and progress of the children will be shared on regular basis with the school and its students.

An amount of 6000 per annum is what it will take to sponsor one student studying in remedial education programme at Navjyoti and three students studying in Community College of Navjyoti.

Let's us join hands in this Joy of Giving Week and extend all possible support to these vulnerable children..

This is also the time to give back to Society whatever we can..
