Guest guest
, I don't understand how this is possible. A woman with type-X has one " good " and one " bad " X-chromosome. Any children she has will get one of her X-chromosomes, but which one is up to chance. How does " sperm sorting " help? If a man with type-X wanted to have a child without CMT it would have to be a boy and then sperm sorting might help. A man always gives his Y-chromosome to a male child and his X-chromosome to a female child. I'm told that sperm sorting is only about 65% accurate for males.
