I'm not interested in using any illegal substance, unless there is a medical counterpart that is available legally for use.... like the cancer patients I knew who were allowed to use it for nausea. The first 2 I was in my teens and I have no idea what the results were. The most recent was in 1998, which showed completely normal range nerve firings and reinnervation. This one was done by an EMG doctor, which I highly recommend, since the techs don't seem to understand. The EMG doctor explained the results to me right then and there, plus the test has undergone some major revisions since the 60's. The results of this test for me suggest that I have a neuronal type (axonal = Type 2) CMT. Just to add my experience with cancer and nausea, we discovered that candied ginger helped her the most.
