I wear cheap athletic shoes, but I wear expensive socks! I wear Smartwools all winter and I'm even wearing them now. I have Thorlos coming soon for summer. The Sock Company has decent prices.... the best I've seen. You can find them online easily. For people with stinky feet, Smartwools are very, very helpful! In my experience they do not get smelly. My feet blister and even bleed easily from friction. The only blister I've gotten in my KAFOs came on the day all my Smartwools were dirty and I wore a pair of cotton sport socks.
