Guest guest
, Welcome, sorry to hear about your boyfriend. There are quite a few people in group who do not have hep c - but know someone who does. I only wish my family would go to one of these groups and see what the illness does to those who have it. You can't always see the illness but it is there. He is lucky to have you and I look forward to getting to know you. > > Hello Im new here and although I dont have Hep c my Bf of 2 years does. > Unfortunatly neither one of us knows much about it and there is so much > different info on the internet it is hard to tell what is true and > whats not so I figured id find people who have it and they might be > able to help me. Guest guest
Hi there Tess, Welcome to the group.I hope this will provide you with some information, everybody is really nice and its great to talk with people that know what youre talking about! My name is Vicci and I am in the UK, Im 29.I got diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 11 but received no treatment, I now have a bigger curve in my spine and I have a lump growing into my sciatic nerves which causes a lot of pain and has been created because of 'injury' (not having treatment) I also have degenerative disc disease (spondylosis) which was diagnosed last year. There are people on here who have had very very bad curvatures of the spine-most of which have had surgery and it is good to hear both sides of the story, saddest part is that we all feel pain, others are better than some and some are worse. It can be an emotional time for anyone to find out that they have a 'disease' so we are all here to help one another. I will say that if you can, get some chondroitin-it can help with the stiffness etc.I would also recommend reading up on it all-Wikipedia on the web,is a brilliant way of finding out more and may help you to ask questions to both us on this site, and your consultant which you wouldnt know to ask otherwise. If we can answer your questions, we will, otherwise we are a great set of ears (or eyes lol) if you just need a cyber shoulder to mope on or moan to! I hope you find some good and useful information All the Best Love & Light Vicci ________________________________ From: tessiett777 <tessiett777@...> Scoliosis Treatment Sent: Wednesday, August 26, 2009 1:19:13 AM Subject: hello im new here today i was diagnosed with scoliosis.. degenerative disc disease .. osteoporosis. . i know nothing about this only.. its all painful.. anyone know anything to help me .. please let me know i am tess from indiana
