I took 8 pills and was up every hour (due to the fullblown effects of the Epsom salts I suppose) but slept OK in between trips to the bathroom. I would prefer to take acetaminophen/ diphenhydramine HCl because I know it knocks me out. Anyone try this instead? I don't want it to screw up the cleanse.
