Jim,

Well aquatic tai chi helps me slow down and really concentrate on

movement and balance. After warming up, I start out aquatics with

step-ups (simulated like a stair master) also on a balance board for

ankles, and some wall slides then I am now into jogging most of the rest

of the time, with tai chi at the end, like I said to slow down, to

concentrate (the hand/eye coordination thing) and breath work.

Also any real breath work or meditation for me I get better results at

home on my own. But it is great to have the workout partners in aquatics

for all the other.
