I love to walk,,,but lately it seems my back problems are worsening. I am wondering,,,,should I keep walking even though it hurts,,,or quit for awhile. The same with my stretching, I normally do a lot of yoga and am flexible,,,but when it hurts it hurts! Should I keep fighting,,,or give up?
