Yoga and Stretching videos for people with Scoliosis?

Can anyone recommend Yoga and Stretching videos for people with Scoliosis?

I was doing a search, and found one entitled, " Yoga for Inflexible People " ,

I wondered if there are others out there (I've got Gentle Yoga from the

Yoga Zone) that are good for those of us who due to Scoliosis or Scoliosis

surgery, are not flexible enough to do the regular Beginning Yoga routines.

Orthobicize, an aerobic/exercise video for people with back and neck

problems.

I use " Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains " . I find this very beneficial. I can

tell a huge difference on the days that I do it and the days I don't. I find

it helps with the pain level as well as my frame of mind.

I ordered it from and Noble but I have seen it for sale in places like

KMart and other book/video stores. It is available on VHS and DVD.

flatback and revision surgery.

Funny, my doctor sent me to the Gentle Yoga class. I did it with rods and

screws in, and now after I only have one screw in.

There is another woman with Scoliosis in my class, too.

Maybe you could ask him if you could take a stretching or Yoga for seniors

class.
