Guest guest
The current issue of Yoga International has an article by Pew, " Scoliosis: Finding Center in a Body Askew " , about yoga instructor Ellen Kiley, who lives on the East Coast and teaches yoga as well as runs an organic farm with her husband (www. beeherenow.com). She talks about her original, " botched " surgery as a teenager, followed by years of excuciating pain, and revision surgery by Dr Boachie in 1995, which fused her sacrum, but eliminated her pain. There is also Elise Browning , website http://www.yogaforscoliosis.com/ who lives in the SF Bay Area and teaches workshops on yoga for people with scoliosis and spinal fusions. Just now looking at her website, she has a new video for home practice. Grace
