Clear Institute/what to expect

I have a 16 yr daughter with scoliosis that was a result of Chari Malformation

which has been corrected. The last time she was checked the Cobb angle had

increased to 58. To make a very long story short she has been seen by Mott's

Children's Hospital and all along fusion has been recommended which I agree

with. Her mother and I have joint legal custody and she will not allow the

surgery to take place. She has taken my daughter to several " alternative "

providers and has had no improvement. There is a court hearing coming up in June

and she has taken my daughter to Clear Institute for 2 weeks of treatment. My

question is what to expect when she gets home. Has anyone tried Clear and had

positive results? My daughter has been convinced that after one week she is

improving and states she can see the difference already. If it is working I want

to be supportive for her but I have not heard of anyone going to Clear and

having any lasting results. Can anyone tell me what to expect when I go get

x-rays done after her treatment is over? Thanks
