Has Anyone Had Breast Surgery due to Scoliosis?

I have always had one breast much larger than the other. It bothers me still and

I am now 50. I was thinking about having it fixed (what's one more surgery?

My question:

Has anyone had their unevenness fixed and been able to get insurance to pay

for it? It would be easy to prove that it is caused by scoliosis. But I would

think it would fall under cosmetic surgery and thus not be paid for.
