My curves were 38 thoracic and 48 lumbar prior to my fusion. I had surgery this past February and I am now 6 months post op. My surgery was done strictly through an anterior approach and my curves were reduced to 18 thoracic and 10 lumbar. I was fused T11 to L 3. Excellent correction for someone my age. The surgery was definitely the hardest thing I have ever been through. Having my family stay with me around the clock in the hospital was a huge help. I was on pain meds for 6 weeks post op. I needed help at home the first week or so then I could stay alone and just be checked on during the day. I am an RN and I was off work for 4 months. Going back to work was not to bad as they let me come back on light duty and I only work part time. I also have 3 kids (teens) at home that were very helpful with household chores. Any questions?? Good luck Jeanne

I feel this truth taking hold of me as well - I have not been well recently, but being reminded of the life of Christ active in God's creation and in the ones who are His followers..... anyone may be who comes to Him ....... is wonderful! Yes, the truth (Jesus) will set you and me free. I am praying for you in that sense too. Nothing is impossible or too difficult for God. Be blessed, Zoe! I hope you can still enjoy Kombucha. Everything good!
