I go to a chiro and get my neck adjusted. It always seems to help.

Why did it cause the stroke? Just curious. I also get a massage too

and that always helps.

Hi ,

I wasn't there so I don't know all the details but when the chiro

cracked his neck to " adjust " it, he tore something which in turn

caused a blood clot to form and therefore travel to his brain. He is

recovered now but I've always been wary about chiros and than after

hearing that, I'll just lay on the heating pad and wait out neck pain.

But...everyone is different and if you find one you can trust, then

that's good for you. :) A massage sounds like a good idea though! :)
