Coconut Oil is Legal for HCG (if you're more of a maverick)

***For those who want to follow Simeon's protocols to a T then this advice

probably isn't for you. I however have always been a maverick and enjoy

modifying programs when I feel new info will be of benefit to me. Ergo, I'm not

posting this to debate with anyone- if it's useful to you, go for it, if it's

not, no harm, no foul.

Now...based on both my experience and what I've been advised:

Coconut Oil is an entirely different animal when it comes to oil (on HCG or

otherwise) due to it being a different chain of fats.

HCG does *not* grab onto Coconut Oil like it does virtually every other fat so

it is one of the only oils sanctioned for topical use by the HCG clinics where

I'm getting my advice.

And not only topical use. If you haven't heard of the " Chocolate Delight "

(containing coconut oil) then you can do a youtube google search and see all the

people who are using Coconut Oil on the program in a way that Dr. Simeon could

not have dreamed of. People have eaten the Chocolate Delight and then used

ketone sticks to measure fat release and the sticks demonstrated that after

ingesting their ketones went up (color got darker on the strips).

I don't use the sticks because my bathroom scale has a fat percentage on it. In

one month of using coconut oil topically and ingesting it in the Chocolate

Delight almost daily my fat percentage has gone down 7 (!) percentage points.

Even tho I have 'only' lost 10 pounds (I had 20 pounds to lose to get to bikini

weight when I started) the difference in fat percentage translates into an

almost 14 pound fat loss in one month. That is unbelievable since every.

single. time. I've lost weight at these numbers my fat percentage went UP as my

weight went down. Gotta love HCG. Saw a girlfriend yesterday who hasn't seen

me in a month, and she said I look like I've lost 20 pounds.

Hi in case you see this- thank you so much for the recipe and I think

you'd make a terrific forum moderator.

Fawn

p.s. for those whose tummies are gurgling, I use miracle noodles which are

sanctioned as a 'free' food on HCG by my clinic advisors and have had virtually

NO hunger issues the entire time I've been on HCG. (they're made of glucommanan

and not yams like the other shirataki noodles) - just google miracle noodles and

you'll find 'em easy.

or fish can I have a whey protein shake as a meal replacement?

is legal if so can I use it on food and maybe on face instead of cream? Thanks

for any input! DJ
