Guest guest
I would suggest nutritional suppliments to halt further degeneration and even restore some of what you've lost. Bones are restored/strengthened by calcium. But never take a calcium only suppliment. Always make sure it is taken with magneium and vitamin D. All three work together to build bones. vitacost.com has several good formulas to choose from (nsi, Bone Booster, or Bone Builder) or a local health food store. Avoid buying supplements from grocery stores or discount centers as the quality is usually very poor. As you know, ligaments are what keeps our bones held together. Over time these can become loose which allows more room for the spine to shift. To strengthen ligaments take a good trio of glucosamine, chondroitin, & MSM. SAME-e has also shown to promote joint health. Best wishes for great health! > > Hello, > > My name is and I live in Garland, TX.
